Delivery
Upon your order, it will take 1 - 2 days to prepare your order. It will be delivered to you within 3 days once order has been prepared. The charges are as follows.
- Orders below $200, it will be $20 for delivery
- If your order exceeds $200, delivery is free
Defective or Incorrect Products Received
We apologise if defective or incorrect products are delivered to you. Drop us an email at order@apexsports.sg with the details such as name, contact number, invoice number and pictures of the defective products within 7 days. 7 days is a reasonable time frame for customers to check if the goods are received as described, or if there are any defects in the product. We will not entertain requests for exchanges or refunds after 7 days. We will get back to you within 2 working days.
Refund & Exchange
All sales are considered final. In the event the goods received are defective after delivery, we will provide a replacement or repair the product. In extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis, we will allow customers to exchange the product or products of equal value.
For exchange items that are not defective/incorrect, there will be a restocking fee ($20) and delivery fee ($20) incurred. Restocking fee is to cover the company's expenses to handle/prep the returned goods as it requires our manpower to spend extra time and effort to quality-check the item before putting it back into storage.
