It come with 7 adjustable positions: Decline all the way for your declined bench press to 90 degrees for your strict military press. The bottom pad can also be adjusted at 3 angles. With a European-inspired single leg design at the base, it allows you complete freedom on foot positioning during your bench press. It comes with a handle and wheels to easily move bench around Train all your pressing and arm movements through a full range inclines.

With a heavy duty weight of 20kg, it is capable to take all types of abuse whether in a home or gym setting. This bench is rock solid and would not fail under normal circumstances.
